ElevenLabs Pricing and How to Pay: Crypto, PayPal and Gift Cards

On its website you pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or, in India, UPI. It has no crypto option, no PayPal and no gift cards. This page sets out ElevenLabs pricing, the payment routes that do work, and what you can buy with crypto instead.
The prices below are the ones on elevenlabs.io on October 7, 2026. This year ElevenLabs updated its Terms of Service on March 31, published a post introducing Pay As You Go top-ups on May 7, and launched Eleven v4 in October.

Prices are in US dollars and “exclude all taxes, levies and duties.” Customers in India can pay in rupees, and everyone else is charged in USD. There’s no separate UK or EU price list.
A yearly plan costs ten months’ fees. In ElevenLabs’ words, “Annual billing works out to two months free.” Right now Starter’s first month costs $1 until October 18, and Creator’s first month is $11.
Unused credits carry over for up to two months while you stay subscribed, capped at three times your monthly quota. You lose them if you downgrade or cancel, and you can’t pause a paid plan.
Every self-serve plan, Free included, can also add Pay As You Go top-ups from your saved payment method, from $5 or ₹500. Subscription credits are used first. Top-up credits last 12 months, and if your balance hits $0 with Auto Top Up off, “your service will pause immediately.”
How ElevenLabs takes payment
ElevenLabs’ billing docs say: “At the moment we accept: Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UPI (India only)”. Payments go through Stripe. You subscribe from your profile icon, then Subscription, then the plan you want.

On prepaid cards ElevenLabs is direct: “We have encountered issues with the issuing banks and Stripe blocking such payments.”
Can you pay for ElevenLabs with crypto?
No. Crypto isn’t on ElevenLabs’ list of payment methods, and its docs don’t mention it.
There are two legitimate options.
Subscribe in the app. The ElevenLabs: AI Voice Generator app for iPhone, sold by Eleven Labs Inc., sells Creator at $22.00 a month or $219.00 a year in the US App Store, plus items listed as “30k credits” for $6.00 and “60k credits” for $11.00. On Android, Google Play lists in-app purchases from $5.99 to $219.00. ElevenLabs says: “You can use your subscription across our website, iOS and Android apps.” Apple charges your Apple Account balance before your card, though it notes that some subscriptions can’t be paid from balance.
The catches:
- ElevenLabs’ help describes the app plans as Creator monthly and annual. Pro, Scale and Business aren’t in the App Store list.
- “If you subscribed through the mobile app, it isn’t possible to purchase Pay As You Go credits.”
- ElevenLabs “cannot cancel or modify App Store or Google Play subscriptions”. To move to web billing, cancel in the store, wait for the plan to expire, then subscribe on the website.
- ElevenReader and ElevenMusic are separate apps with their own plans, such as ElevenReader Ultra at $11.00 a month and ElevenMusic at $9.99 a month. They aren’t ElevenLabs Creator plans.
Use a crypto debit card. It works like any other card at checkout, so ElevenLabs sees an ordinary card payment. The card issuer will ask for your ID, and the card can be declined like any other. A prepaid crypto card may hit the blocks ElevenLabs warns about above.
What you shouldn’t do is buy a shared or resold ElevenLabs account, or credits from a reseller. The terms say “You may not share or permit others to use your individual account credentials,” and any transfer of prepaid credits is void.
Gift cards and paying for someone else
ElevenLabs doesn’t sell gift cards or gift subscriptions. Its Terms of Service, updated March 31, 2026, go further: “Prepaid Credits may not be transferred, sold, gifted, traded, sublicensed, or assigned”.
The closest official things are promotions and programs:
- First-month coupon links on some plans, shown on the Subscription page.
- The Startup Grants program, and the Impact Program for non-profits and education institutions.
- A free subscription that people with permanent speech loss, such as ALS, can apply for.
- In the UK and EEA, Revolut Pro members get 3 or 6 months of Creator free. The perk is “non-transferable” and becomes a paid plan unless you cancel.
To pay for several people, Scale includes 3 seats and Business includes 10.

Does ElevenLabs accept PayPal?
No. ElevenLabs takes credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, plus UPI in India. PayPal isn’t on the list.
Can I pay for ElevenLabs with crypto?
No. ElevenLabs doesn’t accept crypto. The only billing outside Stripe is the App Store or Google Play, through the ElevenLabs app.
Can I gift ElevenLabs or transfer credits?
No. There are no gift cards, and ElevenLabs’ terms say prepaid credits can’t be gifted or transferred. Any transfer is void.
Does an app subscription work on the ElevenLabs website?
Yes. A Creator plan bought in the iPhone or Android app works on the website too, but you can’t add Pay As You Go top-ups to it.
Why won’t ElevenLabs take my prepaid card?
ElevenLabs doesn’t directly support prepaid cards. It says issuing banks and Stripe have blocked such payments, so using one is at your own risk.
Can I get a refund on ElevenLabs?
Yes, if you ask within 14 days of payment and haven’t used any credits. Email [email protected]. App purchases are refunded by Apple or Google.
